 +Do not worry about being too boastful/prideful in your references. I will also tone down any items to suit my own thoughts and the environment. In general, it's better to be boastful about any qualities that you believe are true, since I can always tone it down myself!

 +I would strongly advise against using GenAI for this; from experience, the material generated by GenAI is very predictable in tone and spirit. It's best if you just try to compose what you can. I will always re-write almost everything myself, but use your helpful prompts and ideas to flesh out my reference.
