Windows setup

Windows absolutely drives me crazy, but there may be good reasons why it should be used as an alternative to Linux and MacOS. Some notes here on setup.

• X-Mouse Button Control is an app to provide customisation on mice control.
• Mouse Wheel accelerator provides the kind of inertia scrolling you get on Macs.
• AltDrag provides more consistent dragging behaviour by holding alt key.
